The Bacon Nutritional Facts series is a new and unique way to make nutrition facts, and in this installment, I’ll explain the steps that I’ve taken to make them, from scratch, from a bacon source.1.
Choose your bacon sourceThis is probably the easiest part of making the bacon nutrition Facts.
Just pick a bacon-making source and make your bacon facts!
I prefer the crispy bacon that is found at the grocery store, because I like the crispy texture.2.
Add your ingredientsFirst, add the ingredients to a food processor and blend them together.
You can use a food mill, blender, or food dehydrator.
I use a Vitamix, and it’s super easy to blend with the water from the dehydrator!
If you want to make a little bit more of a protein-rich texture, use a blender and/or food dehydraper.3.
Blend and store the bacon ingredients in a container2 cups water, sugar, salt, and spices4.
Add the bacon and blend until it’s well mixed.
When you’re ready to eat, transfer to a serving plate, and enjoy!
