“But what we’ve done here is to see what they’re actually doing with their antioxidants, so that we can say that oranges might be really good for people, but it’s really important to know what the specific effects of the fruit on your health are.”

The FAO is encouraging people to eat a wider variety of fruit, and the Australian researchers believe that the fruit they studied is the most diverse of any.
